Booking Terms
These NYC car service terms describe the draft service policies used for this site. Standard pickup includes 15 minutes of free wait; domestic airport arrivals include 30 minutes and international arrivals 60 minutes. Your confirmed booking quote and written terms should be checked before paying.
Pickup and waiting
Draft policy: 15 minutes free at standard pickups, 30 minutes from domestic arrival landing and 60 minutes from international arrival landing. Later waiting is charged in 15-minute increments at the applicable hourly rate. Meet-and-greet inside a terminal is a $25–$40 add-on when available.
Changes and cancellation
Draft policy: cancellation is free until 4 hours before sedan or SUV pickup, or 24 hours for a Sprinter. A cancellation inside that window costs 50% of the quoted fare; a no-show costs the full fare. Confirm the written terms for your reservation before booking.
